Mechanical erection and installation works for MVR technology-based Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants across multiple districts in Rajasthan.
The project locations included Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Churu, Dausa, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jhunjhunu, Nagaur, Pali, Sikar, Sirohi and Tonk.
This was ALLWORKS’ first major multi-location FSTP erection project and established our experience in executing sanitation infrastructure projects across geographically distributed sites.
Mechanical erection of MVR technology-based FSTP equipment
Unloading, positioning and alignment of treatment equipment
Assembly and installation of mechanical treatment systems
Installation of tanks, pumps and associated equipment
Installation of interconnecting process piping, valves and fittings
Installation of equipment supports and mounting arrangements
Installation support for electrical control panels and field equipment
Integration of mechanical equipment with the civil treatment structures
Leak testing and inspection of installed pipelines
Pre-commissioning assistance and system handover support
Coordination of erection activities across multiple project locations
The erection works were successfully executed across multiple FSTP locations in Rajasthan. The project demonstrated ALLWORKS’ ability to coordinate manpower, equipment installation and site execution across geographically distributed locations.
As our first major FSTP erection project, it became an important milestone and strengthened our capabilities in MVR-based faecal sludge treatment and municipal sanitation infrastructure.
